JVS Careers provides executive and leadership coaching to help examine your professional progress—and assess your successes, threats, and potential. Our executive development model aligns to your personal professional goals. This level of coaching includes twelve (12) one-on-one (in-person or virtual) one-hour sessions for a period lasting up to twelve months. You will work closely with a certified, executive career coach, using coordinated materials, books, and training. Our approach is a high-touch, results-focused, supportive partnership that is fully devoted to the success of the executive—and the organization.
