JVS Careers is a career services organization that helps individuals build meaningful careers through job search support, coaching, internships, scholarships, and professional development. We work with job seekers of all stages, partnering closely with employers, colleges, and community organizations. Our mission is to guide people toward success, strengthen career identity, and build a more vibrant Cincinnati workforce.

Position Responsibilities

This internship is intentionally flexible and can be designed around the intern’s strengths, interests, and professional goals. Opportunities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting career coaches with client support, intake, resume review, or career exploration
• Participating in programs and workshops
• Supporting business development outreach or partnership research
• Helping manage CRM/database updates and organization of client information
• Contributing to marketing and communications such as social media, content creation, storytelling, or event promotion
• Assisting with special projects, events, or programming
• Ability to propose and lead individual projects of interest

Interns are encouraged to shape their experience within the organization and explore areas that best support their personal and professional growth.

Education Major/Career Interests
