Position Description
Director of Programming
THE KAHILA KADOSHA ADATH ISRAEL CONGREGATION seeks a full-time,
permanent Director of Programming for its Cincinnati, Ohio synagogue at 3201 E.
Galbraith Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45236.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for connecting with congregants to
determine interests and needs - Evaluating current programs and making recommendations
- Creating and implementing dynamic and engaging programs
- Coordinating with the Director of Education & Youth & Family Programming
- Collaborating with the Director of Marketing & Communications
- Engaging staff and volunteers
- Supporting the Senior Rabbi in developing the synagogue’s vision
- Working with the Chief Operating Officer on programming budget planning and
management.
Position Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Must have strong knowledge of Judaism and Jewish culture and Hebrew language ability.
- Supervisory duties included.
