Ashley Worthy is a Talent Acquisition Specialist & Administrative Support Specialist for JVS Careers in Cincinnati, Ohio. Where her joint experience in event planning, hospitality, journalism, culinary development, team building, recruiting, HR relations and Marketing & Sales knowledge collide. Their role at JVS Careers currently includes recruiting talent and office staff support.
Ashley was born and raised in the Queen City but has spent a great deal of her adult life living on the East Coast. She is excited to transition from fast paced corporate America to the non-profit industry, so that they can better utilize their passion for DEI and tackling organizational challenges, particularly with developing teams and staffs. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University of Providence, Rhode Island in 2011 with degrees in Baking & Pastry Arts and Food Marketing with concentrations in Management and Career Writing.
