Christine Olsen, MBA, CPRW, is a Senior Career Coach with JVS Careers experienced in career and leadership development coaching with individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds and industries. She is a strategic business professional enthusiastic about helping people and organizations to achieve their true potential. With a Corporate Business and Higher Education background in the areas of Accounting, Finance, HR, Marketing, Management and Leadership, Training and Development, Recruitment, and Career Consulting, Christine’s goal at JVS is to contribute her KSA’s and demonstrate positive collaboration with all stakeholders to build trusting relationships that motivate and empower clients to successfully achieve their ideal careers.
Prior to joining JVS Careers, Christine served as an Adjunct Professor of Business and as Career Services Director in higher education managing multiple locations and coaches while partnering with employers seeking talent. She was ballot elected for 3 consecutive terms (12 years) as a local K-12 Board of Education member, and before transitioning to Career Consulting, managed several locations of a major retail books establishment and was promoted from Controllers office to the role of Divisional Business Manager of a NY based Market Research firm.
Christine received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Business Education degrees from SUNY Buffalo, NY and her Master of Business Administration in Finance from Hofstra University, NY. A native New Yorker, Cincinnati is home for Christine, her husband of 47 years, three adult children, and two grandchildren.
