Irina Kleinerman, CPRW, Talent Acquisition and Program Manager, has a Bachelor of Behavioral Sciences with specialization in Human Resources and Communications from Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Israel.
Irina has over 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a variety of industries, including defining position competencies, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection. She supports hiring managers and search committees in salary negotiations, background checks and writing employment offer.
In addition, Irina manages an overseas internship program – Onward Israel, and she fulfills her passion of helping others by coaching and empowering job seekers to make a career change, return to employment, or advancing to the next level.
When not at work, Irina enjoys spending time with her two boys and husband, painting, and exploring new parks in the Cincinnati area.
