Kasey Rouse, CPRW, is a Career Coach with JVS Careers, where she supports clients through each step of their professional journey—from career exploration to job search strategy and résumé development. She is passionate about helping individuals tell their stories with confidence and clarity.
A Cincinnati native, Kasey brings years of experience in career services, business development, program and office coordination, scholarship administration, and youth philanthropy programming. Known as a natural relationship builder and connector, she has a strong track record of supporting students, managing scholarship processes, empowering young leaders, and fostering meaningful community partnerships. Her diverse background has strengthened her commitment to helping others navigate important life and career decisions.
Outside of work, Kasey enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children, as well as their beloved pets. She also loves catching a good movie or heading to a concert whenever she can.
